To ' Truly Scrumptious', May I on behalf of my husband and I offer our sincere thanks for all the hard work and effort you undertook to provide the Reception repast and then later the BBQ at our daughter’s wedding held on the 3c/h July, 2005. When she in formed us that she didn’t want to have her Reception in a Hotel, but wanted a BBQ instead, I must admit I foresaw problems. However, you took it all in your stride and the main Reception with the Cold Meats, Salads and sweets and the BBQ food served later that evening were excellent, with many of the guests commenting on how much they had enjoyed the food available, which was served by friendly and approachable staff. Steve and Team, I just wanted to write to say a massive thank you for helping to make our day such a fantastic affair. From the moment we had our first meeting I was so pleased that we choose you to cater for the event and Louise thank you for putting my nerves at rest on several occasions. We have received so many comments about the food even the “ bacon butties” at night which mum was not too sure about. Steve thank you for helping us decide on the traditional Welsh Beef it was stunning.
