Hi both

Firstly, I'm really sorry it's taken so long to get back to you, we've only just come back from our honeymoon and I didn't get a chance to contact you properly before hand. I'd just like to thank you once again for doing such an amazingly wonderful job on our wedding day. I will eventually get round to sending you a thank you card, but in the meantime I thought I'd just let you know some of the feedback we got from our guests:

Several people commented on the professional and very friendly service. I didn't have to worry about a thing all day, which was a huge relief.

Everyone (me and Rhys in particular) thought the food was wonderful, especially the cheesecake, just as we remembered it! Several people asked for the recipe for the capanato vegetables and said the chicken was cooked perfectly. All in all, the food was highly praised and I can't thank you enough for that.

The service you provided was impeccable. Not only was the food very good but you also acted as a sort of wedding planner for the whole day, which took a great weight of our shoulders!

Once again, thank you so very much for all your hard work, and please pass on my gratitude to your lovely staff. I'll be recommending you to all future brides who need a caterer or any other function that may crop up. It's been a pleasure doing business with you!

The service of Truly Scrumptions was fantastic and went above and beyond what was expected.
We can't thank you enough for taking special care of us, even down to making a cup of coffe for my 78 year old mother and finding her some biscuits!

The food was lovely, everyone commented on the prawn skewers, the sausages, the spicy cous cous and the delightful individual desserts.

We had an amazing day and the catering was superb.

Dear Louise

Firstly many apologies for the delay in replying - we seem to have just been running around catching up with people ever since the wedding - and getting back in the swing of things with work :-(

We can not thank-you enough for the service you provided for our our wedding. Even though you stepped in at the last minute - for which we will be eternally grateful - you would not have guessed it from the day (and indeed none of our guests realised!). The food was perfect, exactly like we wished and exactly like you promised! My mum absolutely adored the tuna and thought it was the best she had ever tasted. Me and my dad both loved the lamb and the harissa sauce, it was just right! Everyone has told me how much they enjoyed having the canapes outside and being served the fizz - they all felt like they were at a hollywood wedding and it was all very glamourous!

Your team on the day were the ultimate professionals. As soon as I arrived back from the church and saw the girls serving with great big smiles and looking so smart I knew I had nothing to worry about and it was all going to be fine - thank-you for that. I was able to just relax and enjoy the food, which I really didnt think I would have been able to do.

The evening buffet was also very much welcomed - and we are so glad we took your advice over what to serve as you were right about not needing to overdo how much food was on offer. It would have been terrible if we had lots wasted.

We think your standards are spot -on . Dont change a thing as you are fantastic. We had such fun we are planning to have a party in five years to celebrate it - and we will be sure to use you. Ive also let everyone in the NHS in North Wales know how great you were :-)

Please send my thanks and best wishes to everyone who was involved in making our day so perfect. I would be happy to always speak to any of your potential clients who want to speak with a previous customer .
