Italian tasting plate – buffalo mozzarella, parma ham, roasted cherry vine tomatoes,  cannelloni bean salad, rocket and chargrilled bruschetta

Spanish tasting plate – jamon serrano, chorizo, pan con tomate, chargrilled artichoke and  shot glass of gazpacho 

Middle eastern tasting plate – little bowls of hummus, moutabel and muhammara with  cucumber, tarragon and yoghurt salad, olives and arabic bread

Our famous “Boston “style chowder topped with smoked bacon and served with crusty bread (Please note we also offer vegetarian style chowder)


A choice of one of our delicious homemade soups e.g. Broccoli & Stilton, Roast butternut squash soup w/ shaved Parmesan, Wild Mushroom, Welsh Leek & Potato, French Onion served with a delicious  Gruyere crouton, roasted tomato and fresh basil, creamy spring vegetable, pea and coriander. Chilled gazpacho with diced vegetables and croutons


Please note this is just a small selection of our delicious homemade soups we are more than happy to prepare your favorite soup. All our soups are accompanied with a bread roll of choice Please not our soups can be served as a starter or a demi tasse between courses

Our stunning homemade individual “beef wellington”Prime Welsh fillet of beef seared and coated with a rich mushroom pate encased in a light puff pastry served with a rich Madeira sauce. Accompanied with hassle back Potatoes and seasonal vegetables.


Roasted Sirloin of Welsh Beef Served with our delicious giant homemade Yorkshire pudding, our homemade crunchy traditional roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables


Slowly braised Welsh lamb shank served with a rosemary and Redcurrant jus. Accompanied with minted new potatoes and seasonal vegetables.


A delicious Middle Eastern style lamb tagine served with a mint and sultana cous cous and accompanied with a flavored nam bread


Traditional herb crusted rack of local welsh lamb Accompanied with hot new buttered potatoes & seasonal vegetables.


Slow roasted welsh lamb shoulder served with a sweet pomegranate jus, sauté potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Chunky oven roasted Cod Steak served with a delicious seafood sauce packed with prawns, mussels and calamari Accompanied with seasonal potatoes & vegetables.


Our delicious homemade prawn and pea risotto dressed with one of our delicious homemade flavored olive oils


Seabass served  on a bed of lemon and herb risotto accompanied  with roasted vine tomatoes & basil oil


A delicious combination of sautéed leeks and cauliflower served in a rich creamy gruyere & cheddar cheese sauce encased in a puff pastry crown. (V)Served with a traditional potato dish and seasonal vegetables
