Prime Welsh fillet of beef seared and coated with a rich mushroom pate encased in a light puff pastry served with a rich Madeira sauce. Accompanied with hassleback Potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Roasted Sirloin of Welsh Beef Served with our homemade Yorkshire pudding and accompanied with a traditional potato dish and seasonal vegetables.

Slowly braised Welsh lamb shank served with a rosemary and Redcurrant jus. Accompanied with minted new potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
